Plans, billing and order usage
In short
Pricing Plans in the app shows your current plan, how many protected orders you used this month and the plans you can switch to. Yearly billing costs less than monthly. Billing runs through Shopify, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Open Pricing Plans in the app menu.
- The top card (1) shows your current plan and how many protected orders you used this month against your plan’s limit.
- Switch between Monthly and Yearly billing (2). Yearly costs less per month.
- Below, compare the plans and click the one you want. Shopify asks you to approve the charge.
Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change plans at any time. The protection fees your customers pay are never part of your plan: they go to your store in full. For the current prices, see the App Store listing.
